​Sinar Mas Land and Vasanta Group
Collaborate 
to Develop a 28-Hectare 
Residential and Commercial Area in Depok

Depok, March 18, 2025 – Sinar Mas Land, through PT Cisadane Perdana, and Vasanta Group, through PT Vasanta Daria Development, held a signing ceremony for the Joint Operation Agreement (KSO) "Sinergi Sinar Vasanta" to develop a ±28-hectare residential and commercial project in Depok, West Java. The partnership agreement ceremony took place on March 18, 2025, at the Marketing Office, BSD City, represented by Sherly Najoan (President Director of PT Cisadane Perdana) and Denny Asalim (Group CEO of Vasanta Group).

 

Through this collaboration, both companies will develop an area comprising approximately 2,000 housing units and a commercial area in a strategic location in the Telaga Golf Sawangan area, a rapidly growing district equipped with various facilities. The new project is set to be marketed starting in the third quarter of 2025, aiming to meet the demand for housing and commercial spaces in the region.
